You are able to choose from a 3, 4, or 5 night stay for 2 adults or 2 adults/2 children ages 0-12 years old. Travel vouchers can be purchased for 2020 travel before December 25th, 2020 or 2021 travel before October 31st, 2021. Some blackout dates do apply Reservations are subject to availability at the time of requesting dates and blackout dates apply. Bedding is not guaranteed and will be requested based on the number of guests per room. What If We Have More Than 2 Adults or 2 Children or our children are over 12? Hard Rock vouchers are valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children ages 0-12. If there are less guests in the room, the same price applies. For children ages 13-17, an additional supplemental fee of $85 per child per night will apply in 2021. To replace children with a 3rd or 4th adult, an additional supplemental fee will apply per night based on resort and dates. Additional adults at UNICO 20˚87˚ Hotel Riviera Maya in 2020 is $169 per night. Additional adults at UNICO 20˚87˚ Hotel Riviera Maya in 2021 is $179 per night. What If I Want To Stay Longer Than 5 Nights? Multiple vouchers may be purchased if you wish to book a longer stay. What Are The Payment And Cancellations Terms? Full payment is due at the time of purchasing the voucher and is refundable up to 15 days prior to the voucher expiration. For 2020, vouchers expire December 25, 2020. For 2021, vouchers expire October 31, 2021. Once the trip is confirmed, the reservation is refundable up to 7 days prior to travel. Date changes are allowed up to 7 days prior to travel, as well. When Do I Need To Book By? The deadline to book these vouchers is September 30, 2020. Make sure to contact us ASAP with any questions you may have or to get this booked.
